As Mother's Day approaches we think of our Mothers and the many sacrifices they made for us. In the 1930's Mother's Motto Prints were popular. This one has the poem, MOTHER DEAR. It reads, "There's little time for leisure And so much work to do - I rush from here to rush to there Each hour, the whole day through. No matter how the days speed by Dear Mother, this is true - Each minute, deep within my heart, Belongs to only you." There is a signature, but I cannot make it out. There is some foxing. There is glass on top and cardboard on the back. It is held together with corner paper tabs. It measures 8 x 10". It would possible clean up some if the corners were removed and the layers taken apart and cleaned. A standard 8 x 10 frame could be used.
