This page from a natural history book is so vividly colored, you expect the frog to jump off the page. The page measures 9" x 6 1/4". There are two varieties of frogs. The plate is marked P.Z.S. 1875 Pl LXV. The bottom has the artist, G.H. Ford and the lithographer Mintern Bros imp. The labels are A. POLYPEDATES CHORONOTUS and B. POLYPEDATES FORMOSUS. There is some discoloring, but the print is in wonderful condition for framing.
