This print measures 8 7/8" x 5 3/8". It is an original hand-colored copper-plate engraving from BOTANICAL MAGAZINE" published in London, c. 1787ff. This is plate 274. The explanatory sheet is included. The flower is Borbonia Crenate. Heart-Leaved Borbonia. It is marked as follows: Published by W. Curtis St. Geo. Crescent Sep. 1794. Good condition. There are two short pieces of tape on the top back side. These do not show on the front. I have several of these engravings. They can be combined for one flat-rate shipping cost.
