This early 20th century tin was made for J. J. Colman Mustard Company as shown by the label on the inside. This is a large casket measuring 7" x 11" x 5". The top is a classic design. The sides have Art Nouveau style scenes. These scenes may be Biblical in nature for the front and back have an embossed apple. The front scene could be a depiction of Adam and Eve. The side panels have shepherds playing a horn and a lyre. The back has a woman playing an instrument and three children. The iridescent teal color is great. Beautiful tin with a hinged lid. Some paint loss. No dents.
