This teapot is transfer printed in brown with an Aesthetic period design. The center design has a large buck in the center. The teapot is not marked but it is the pattern STAG. It is part of a children's tea set made by Charles Allerton Staffordshire pottery circa 1880. The teapot measures 5" tall including the lid. It is 2 3/4" in diameter. The matching lid has a steam hole. Excellent condition. The only flaw is a tiny nick on the end of the spout.
