BOLD Native American Indian Silver & Turquoise Ring would be perfect for a man or woman - Front is ~ 7/8 Inches N-S & it MEASURES a Size 10 3/4 on my 'wand'. The Rich Persian Turquoise Blue triangular-ish turquoise "cabochons" are ~ 14 x 9mm (max.) and feature delicate 'veining' & what may be small pieces of silver. Semi-precious gemstones are FIRMLY set in serrated bezels and there is a single bead of silver (symbolizing raindrops) placed at the 'points' of each of the stones. In addition, there are identical hand stamped designs on each shoulder of the mounting. One of the traditional symbols is sun rays (constancy) and I do not know what the other stands for.
Although unsigned, I believe this handcrafted jewelry was made by a Navajo silversmith. GREAT Looking Vintage Turquoise Ring is NOT thin or flimsy and is unmarked as to precious metal content - I GUARANTEE it to be SOLID Silver. AUTHENTIC Southwestern jewelry is in VERY GOOD CONDITION! NO NICKS, CHIPS, WEAR or Abrasion ...has not been polished recently & displays a bit of tarnish... minute signs of use from treasured wear to the (soft) silver mounting as would be expected.
Would make a Super Gift or Addition to your Native American silver jewelry collection!
