Modernist silver bracelet is marked on the back of the last link 'Hans Hansen' in script lettering, '925S, 'Denmark' and the number '238'. This BOLD piece of Danish jewelry was designed by Bent Gabrielsen in 1958. Hans Hansen's silversmith's was taken over in 1991 by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen. The bracelet's design series continued to be produced by Georg Jensen and was given the name 'Peak'.
Six slightly curved triangular ~ boomerang shaped links (each Measuring ~ 1 1/4 Inches Long) with loops on the reverse create an overlapping design and hidden integral clasp/hook closure. I can't accurately Measure the length of the bracelet by laying it on a ruler however; it is a bit large on my 6 1/4 Inch wrist (won't fall off). Hefty Danish silver accessory WEIGHS 15.9 Grams (~ 1/2 Troy Oz) and is in VERY GOOD CONDITION! NO DINGS, DENTS or Repairs... has not been polished recently & would be dazzling after a professional buffing - there are light scratches that would be expected from normal wear/use over the past 60 years.
Perfect for casual wear or stunning with a little black dress. Don't miss the chance to add this Incredibly COOL Bracelet to your Scandinavian, Danish Silver (Denmark), Hans Hansen, Signed Modernist Silver Jewelry Collection!
