This is definitely a transitional piece of Edwardian ~ Arts & Crafts to Art Deco period jewelry dating C.1910 -1925. There are several different design elements that make this Vintage Sterling Silver Bracelet so UNUSUAL.
1. The Curved OPEN Rectangular links with a hammered background and ICY White Enamel
2. The PAPERCLIP shape oval links with what look like Victorian curly-q designs on BOTH Sides
3. The Curved Central Panel with a hammered background ICY White Enamel and hand-painted pink Cabbage Rose, Blue Forget Me Not & Green Leaves
Dainty Enameled Bracelet also has Art Deco style wide ridged flat links that connect all of the other pieces. ... MEASURES Over 6 1/2 Inches End to End taking the riveted Swivel type clasp into account (could easily be lengthened by adding loops ~ links at the clasp). It is Marked "STERLING" on the back side of each of the 3 enameled pieces. Early 1900's Guilloche jewelry is in VERY GOOD CONDITION! Has not been polished in many years & Retains OLD Dark Patina (primarily on reverse) that highlights the chased designs on the silver links. With the Naked Eye - NO NICKS, CHIPS, CRACKS, REPAIRS, Excessive Wear, Loss or Missing Enamel - under close inspection with a 10 Power Jeweler's Loupe, I can see abrasion/shallow nicks (primarily atop the rose) that would not be visible when worn ~ displayed & only mentioned for complete accuracy.
Don't miss the chance to add this VERY SPECIAL Enameled Sterling Bracelet to your YOUR jewelry collection.... Guaranteed NOT to disappoint!
