1900 Lithograph by Harriett M Bennett, who was a very popular illustrator of children and animals in the late 19th Century and beginning of the 20th Century. She had many of her children books printed along with popular postcards. She worked from about 1885 to 1910.
This particular print/ lithograph came from a book printed by Earnest Nister in 1900. There is a small tear in the border on the left side, and just some color age on border, but in great shape, with good color. The shine on the print is because it is encased in plastic and has a cardboard behind it to keep it in great condition. At almost 120 years old, we want it to last another 120 years. Great for framing. The title is "Bread and Milk". The print is 9 inches by 6 1/2 inches.
