Novelty Perfume bottle with brass tap by Karoff (Stuart Products Co) from 1939. It came in three different scents with this Tap Cologne Lavender being one of them. The glass is very high grade and has a high "ping" factor. Not crystal by high quality. The label is in great condition and there are no chips or cracks but some wear to the gold bands on the barrel.
The novelty perfume bottle is 3 1/2 inches tall, and can be found in the book, "Commercial Perfume Bottles" by Jacquelyn Jones North.
