With a Bakelite screw top in the shape of a flower, is this quite rare and hard to find mini perfume bottle by Dulieve that use to store the perfume "alors". From New York, I can't find out anything about the company except for this one bottle listed in Ken Leach's book, "The Reference Guide for Commercial Perfumes 1860-1960", a collector's companion to perfume presentation and otherwise known as a collector's "bible". The company is listed as only having this one perfume. Might have been wiped out with many companies in the late 1920's and early 1930's due to the Great Depression.
The cute bottle is small at 2 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide.
The label is still there and very readable although there is some wear. No chips or cracks. The perfume bottle held 1/4 FL. Ounce.
