A seahorse that was dipped in 24K gold from the 1970's. I believe the practice of harvesting seahorses has ceased, but in the 1970's these and small flowering plants were taken and dipped in 24K gold to preserve them forever. Very light weight it shows the detailing of the sea horse. I've had it in my jewelry box since the 1970's when this type of jewelry was very popular. You see these in the gift shops in Hawaii's, along with small orchids that went through the same process. In excellent and unused condition.
