Butterfly Perfume Bottle Annick Goutal Gardenia Passion
This is the parfum / perfume extract for Gardenia Passion, which was first featured in 1981. These glass perfume bottles are quite scarce because they are all glass with a gold butterfly on top. The bottle that the purest perfume came in when it was first introduced. And collectors, like me, love figural stoppers and butterflies are always magical. The stopper is glass with a gold paint. The bottle has not been broken into yet, but some of the gardenia passion scent has evaporated. You can smell it and it is lovely. Gardenia Passion is the perfect name. Still smells yummy.
I don't guarantee perfume, just bottles but you will have no doubt this has not been altered or tampered with! The smell of gardenias is so wonderful. But the perfume bottle is a great collectors piece as well. Already 35 years and still smells awesome and like pure gardenias. You can get this as a spray but rarely do you come across the extract in this particular bottle. A gold rope is still tied but you can lift it a tad to smell the fragrance.
The beautiful perfume bottle is small at 2 1/4 inches tall. The gold butterfly stopper is 1 1/8 inch across the wing span.
