Delightful Bahr and Proschild 300 9 is a fabulous approximately 19" early doll with straight wrists , pierced ears, and an open mouth with tiny square cut teeth. With her deeply brunette eye brows and deep chocolate brown eyes, she was made for the French Trade. Her bisque has no cracks, no hairlines, no chips and no repairs or restorations. Her original brown glass eyes sleep. She has a repainted chipped area of her right foot. Her original antique Maritime costume is woolen. The attached silk blouson bodice is worn but still retains fashion interest. The green and gold of the wool has faded, especially when viewed front to back, but the detail within the costume is overwhelming. She wears her original matching coachman cape over her dress. Everything matches. She wears a beautifully detailed dress underneath that has bretelles. Her earrings are original antique glass and she wears her original matching strung bead bracelet. She wears an auburn replaced wig but also has a mohair wig, that will accompany her. Her hat is antique straw. She has woolen stockings - but we fished her out of the wading pool, so will have to go back to look for them there, along with her little slippers made of mustard-gold color kid leather.
