14k gold Etruscan Revival, diamond skull, Athena

Rare, beautiful and one-of-a-kind like you... Antique Victorian Athena hand carved natural shell cameo pendant. She is set in a solid 14K yellow gold Etruscan revival frame and bale. I decided to add to her extraordinariness a hand carved deer Antler skull that I set natural white diamonds into, first set in 14K yellow gold bezels. Deers naturally shed their antlers. Diamonds are very high quality very white H color SI. I re-attached the original Etruscan Revival bale to the top of the skull.
Athena is wearing her Corinthian Helmet with a face on the front and a dragon on top. She is one of my favorite goddesses and represents feminine strength and wisdom.
Athena is the Goddess of wisdom, war and the crafts. She was the favorite daughter of Zeus and sprung out of his head at birth a grown woman. Athena was, perhaps, the wisest, most courageous, and certainly the most resourceful of the Olympian gods.
She was smart; and even though she was the goddess of war, she was not violent when it wasn’t necessary. Athena, unlike Ares, knew how to be very clever in battle and the importance of strategy, like you:) She is the epitome of power and intelligence of women.
Pendant is solid 14K gold tested and guaranteed. She weighs 13.5 grams. There is only one. Circa 1860-80s.
