This Vintage Native American Navajo Sterling Silver and Turquoise Concho Belt features (9) round 2" x 2" Sterling Silver Conchas. Each embellished with (29) Natural Petite Point Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Stones, set in serrated bezels and (1) "Snake-Eye" Stone on center forming a floral pattern.

Each Concho is separated by a stylized Sterling Silver Butterfly Form, which is set with (6) Natural Petite Point Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Stones and (4) "Snake-Eye" Stones. There are a total of (9) Butterfly Spacers.

The Impressive, Slightly Domed Shape Buckle measures 2 3/4" L x 1 7/8" W, set with a total of (46) Stones which are set in serrated bezels in a Floral Pattern. The Buckle features a Swing Swivel Belt Holder & Peg Closure. The Buckle will accommodate up to a 1 inch wide belt. The Belt measures 44" long x 1" wide. * * Please note that all of the
Conchos and Spacers can easily be removed by sliding them off and put on a belt of your choice.

The (9) Conchos & (9) Spacers plus the Buckle total an impressive 394 hand-cut and polished Sleeping Beauty Stones! All of these beautiful stones are original to the work.

Excellent Condition. Age: Late 1970's – Early 1980's. Marked on the back of the Buckle: "STERLING" and signed by the Silversmith: "P. JONES". All of the Conchos and Spacers test Sterling Silver.

We did not polish this belt but if desired you may polish it to a high shine.
