If paying by check, please make check payable to GREENBERG MANOR, INC. Purchase item will be shipped to buyer 10 business days after receipt of check. This is necessary so that if there is a problem with a check, it can be addressed and corrected. California buyers, unless you have a valid California sales tax resale permit that can be verified through the California Board of Equalization, you are responsible for paying the current sales tax rate of 7.75%. If you have a California sales tax permit, you will need to send me a completed resale form with all your current resale information.

It is extremely important to Enchanted Books and Antiques that we do the possible best we can to see that your newly purchased items are packaged securely for safe and damage free delivery. We do not spare packing material for items and for books, they are initially wrapped carefully, the books then sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard since this minimizes corner damage and then wrapped again for extra protection. Items are shipped via USPS and I will e-mail to you tracking information so that you can get an estimate of when the item will reach its' destination. If there is any problem at time of mailing or other reason for delay, you will be notified immediately. Shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility, however, Enchanted Books and Antiques will pay insurance costs. Please, be certain that your correct name and correct address and zip code are on your purchase order. Items paid by paypal will be shipped 24-48 hours after payment is received. Payments by personal or business check, your item will be shipped 10 business days after receipt of the check. In the event of shipping damage, please do not return your item. You must file a claim with the shipper for any damages. If you need assistance, we will try to help you as best we can. Be certain to retain all the original packaging and have your receipts available for examination by the shipping provider.
