This miniature red colonial building was a train model made for an N scale display. The grey slate roof has a red chimney rising above it. The front of this miniature building features four tall columns, nine shuttered windows and a red brick design. Gray stairs lead up to both the front and back doors. One side of the building also has a door with grey steps. The sides and back of the building have matching shuttered windows and all have a clear plastic backing on the inside of the building.
The toy railroad accessory is in excellent condition. Although not marked, I believe it was part of the "Plastiville" series made by the Bachman Train Company. The vintage toy measures approximately 3 1/2 inches long, 3 inches wide and stands 2 3/4 inches to the top of the chimney.
A fun, period piece for your railroad town or miniature display.
