Sheriff Annie Oakley hears that there is a band of stage coach bandits hiding out i the nearby hills. Rewards up to $1,200 are offered for their capture. Annie sends a posse of eight deputies to capture these bandits. Each player controls the moves of two of the deputies, represented by two playing pieces of a color.
The object of the game is to collect the most reward money by capturing the bandits and bringing them to Annie Oakley.
The game board represents the wild country where the action takes place. The center of the board is the Sheriff's office with Annie Oakley herself pictured there. The corners of the board show the hideouts where the bandits are hiding. Between the Sheriff's office and the hideouts, many trails lead in all directions. These trails are followed by the posse to round up the bandits and bring them to Annie Oakley.
This vintage board game is complete and in very good condition. The lid has bright graphics and only some light scuffing and bumping. The corners are all intact. The board is bright and would be great for display. The box measures 16 1/2" x 8 1/2" and weighs approximately 1 pound 10 ounces.
A fun board game based on a vintage television show from the 50s.
