This lot of two cards feature the illustrations of Sulamith Wolfing. Sulamith Wülfing was a German artist and illustrator. Her ethereal, enigmatic works depict fairy tales or mystical subjects. These two postcards feature a woman wearing a crown with a gnome playing the violin at her feet. She carries a large bouquet of flowers. The back reads "Serie 4 Bild 3:Melodie Selbstverlag Sulamith Wulfing, Wuppertal-Elberfeld". This card is blank on the back and is in excellent vintage condition
The second card pictures a large iris with other native plants. The back reads, "Serie 10 Bild 1: Schwertilie - The Iris - L'Iris Sulamith Wulfing-Verlag, Wuppertal-Elbefeld". This card is also in very good vintage condition with one bumped corner
