George M. Cohans Theatre program from January 5, 1920. Elsie Jannis and Her Gang In A Bomb Proof Revue in Two Acts was playing at the Shubert theater at Broadway and 43rd St in New York City in 1920. A jester on the front cover gives you a hint this is a lighthearted production.
Throughout this playbill there are wonderful vintage advertisements for things like Nabisco, Adams Gum, Djer-Kiss Perfume, Kelly Tires and Turkish Cigarettes.
Program is 32 pages in length and in good vintage condition. Some lifting on the back cover (see photo 4) and a small tear at the staple. The inside is minimally yellowed. An amazing piece of history!
