"From The Tower Window of My Bookhouse" was edited by Olive Beaupre Miller and published by The Bookhouse for Children Publishers. It is copyrighted 1921.
This is an original edition of the first series of the Bookhouse Series. The book has a faded black cloth covers with gilded lettering, a paste-down illustration and a castle-back spine. The end papers are also beautifully illustrated.
This delightful book contains wonderful stories including: "A Christmas Song At Sea", "The Melting Pot" and "Coaly-Bay, The Outlaw Horse" to name just a few. There are wonderful illustration throughout this volume with colorful scenes.
This vintage book is in Very Good condition with some minimal scuffing on the cover and fading of the cover's black to a deep blue. There is also some bumping of the corners. The pages are minimally yellowed and the spine is tight. This is volume five of a six volume set. Others of which may be found among my listings.
