This is a limited edition, antique book - "A Gallery of Farmer Girls" was written by Schuyler W Miller and published by Kiote Publishing copyrighted 1900. This is number 168 of 300 of this limited edition signed by the author - Schuyler Miller. This book is unusual in that the tops of the pages are un-cut so every-other page is connected to the next page.

This collectible poetry book is 52 pages in length. The last page reads, "Here endeth A Gallery of Farmer Girls as writ by Schuyler W Miller; the pictures, initials, and other drawings in this book were made by Mr. Herbert R Johnson." "Done into print for Schuyler W Miller by Harry S. Stuff at THE IVY PRESS, Lincoln, Nebraska. But 300 copies were printed after which the forms were marked dead."
This rare poetry collection has lovely black and white illustrations throughout. The first page and illustration have orange accents. This first edition book has illustrated board covers with a blue cloth spine. The spine has some scuffing and wear along the top edge. The cover has some light soiling over-all and scuffing along the edges. The inside pages, as previously described, are uncut and in excellent condition. The book measures 8" x 5".
