"The Hungry Man's Outdoor Grill Cookbook" was compiled by the staff of the Culinary Arts Institute. Published by Spencer Press, Inc., this vintage cook book was copyrighted in 1953. Full of color as well as black and white photos, this vintage cookbook has recipes for everything from alcoholic drinks, to skillet coffee cake. It begins with a dissection of the various types of equipment required for bar-b-que and outdoor cooking and proceeds with fabulous recipes as well as a "hospitality" section.
This soft-cover vintage recipe book is in good vintage condition. It is 64 pages in length. The illustrated cover has some of the cellophane peeling on the front and back. There is a punched hole through the book presumably for hanging. The inside pages are clean and the binding is tight.
A great gift for dad or any barbecue enthusiast.
