"The World Book of Fish Dishes" was written by Nina Froud and copyrighted 1965. This book contains over 120 pages of recipes devoted to fish specialties. Contents include "Court-Bouillons; Sauces and Butters; Fish Recipes; Shellfish Recipes; Frogs and Snails; Using up Fish Leftovers and Pastry, Rice, etc.". There is an extensive glossary as well as a bibliography, references and complete index.
The book has illustrated board covers and is in good vintage condition. There is some yellowing of the paper but the binding is tight and the pages are clean.
A true treasure for any fish lover.
