Cobalt Blue and White Slag Open Salt Dish which has Frogs around the outside. There are Flowers and Leaves in between the 4 Frogs. The detail is wonderful on this piece. This Salt Dish was designed by the renowned Frog Collector David Schepps. It is marked with Schepps-5, denoting that this is the 5th. mold David Schepps has designed. This Open Salt is LIMITED because there were only 200 of these made in Cobalt Blue Slag and White Milk Glass and they will never be made again. The mold has been put in his Frog museum. After these were made years ago I stored them in boxes so even though they are an older salt dish they are in new condition. It is 2 1/2" across the top and 3" across the base and 1 1/4" deep. These are not the normal small light weight open salts as you can tell by the size. All slag is different so you are welcome to let me know if you would like one with more white or with more cobalt. I try to change the photos as I sell them but please realize that the ones pictured might not be the exact one you receive, therefore if you like more white or more cobalt please let me know.
