This 1940s beautiful, vintage crystal covered, handled sugar bowl was made by Anchor Hocking and is their Prescut "Pineapple" Pattern. Most often, I've seen the Pineapple sugar bowl with no handles, so this one is a real treasure!
According to Gene Florence's Book, "Collectible Glassware from the 40s, 50s, & 60s", Sixth Edition, Page 59, this pattern is often mistakenly identified as EAPC, but the Prescut Pineapple was "first shown in their 1941 catalog, twenty years before the birth of EAPC" and is found most often in crystal like this one, but Pineapple was produced in white also.
In most excellent condition, the only flaw I find is a teeny tiny pin head size flea bite on one handle. It's barely visible and could have been done during manufacturing, but I wanted to point it out. I tried to capture it in the last photo, but it appears as a tiny white speck - It's very insignificant! Otherwise, no chips, cracks, and the glass is crystal clear.
Sugar bowl measures 5-1/2 inches tall with lid in place; 3-1/8 inches w/o lid, and 6 inches wide from handle to handle. Sugar bowl has a 3-1/2 inch diameter top opening.
This lovely piece is perfect for your table or to add to your vintage glass collection!
