This set of eight vintage luncheon / snack plates carry the Yamaka China name. The round 9 1/8" plates have the ridges that are usually found on the shell shaped plates. A garland of gray leaves circle their rim and the plates are trimmed in gold. A couple of the plates have light wear to the gold trim. The background is white and the Thistle like flowers in the center are predominantly gray with a tiny hint of pink and yellow. Each plate has a cup well.
No nicks, chips, cracks, or crazing. The plates are slightly translucent when held up to the light.
