This lace edge milk glass plate is unmarked but generally attributed to Westmoreland Glass at the turn of the century. As is often the case with the Victorian Milk Glass, the plate was decorated with a cold paint gilding. The gold high lights are mostly worn away now. The cut out floral design of forget me nots gives the plate a unique decorative appeal. The plate is 7 1/4" and still in lovely condition. The foot of the plate has some of the typical roughness.
