With scattered red hearts on a white background, Ginnette's red and white romper is the perfect outfit to express her love!
Vogue Dolls introduced their 8" Ginnette Baby Doll as Ginny's baby sister in 1955. The initial Ginnette had painted eyes but by 1956 some were given these pretty open and close "sleep" eyes. Ginnette's squeaker was added mid-back in 1957. The Vogue Dolls mark (like all true Ginnette dolls have) is near the metal disk of the squeaker.
This pristine Ginnette has a working squeaker. She squeaks with a light squeeze of her head. She has a lovely rosy blush to her cheeks and her lips are a pretty red. Her eyes are sparkling, clear, and open and close on their own. She has all of her fingers and toes and her "skin" color is even and without fading. Her sculpted brown hair is still in Excellent Condition without rubs!
Trimmed with lace, Ginnette's #2302 Valentine Sun Suit or Romper boasts the little red hearts and a bright red bow. From 1958, the outfit is in Excellent Condition and has the Vogue Dolls tag.
Ginnette's white personalized Mary Jane style shoes and new white nylon socks go with her Valentine's Day outfit and her Duck Topper and matching bonnet.
The pique white topper and matching bonnet are trimmed in baby red Rick Rack. This outfit, #2130, displays a bright red felt duck on the left front. Also in Excellent Condition, this outfit also carries the Vogue Dolls tag. Ginnette's bonnet from this outfit also coordinates nicely with her Red Heart Romper.
After a day of play, and a bath, Ginnette is happy to don one of her pink flannelette diapers with rose buds from her Diaper Pak. She comes with a set of blue flannel PJ's with blue rosebuds that are also in Excellent / Minty Condition. Her two piece PJ's (#28330) are footed, Vogue tagged, and have ribbon ties at the ankles.
Ginnette has grown quite attached to her little Teddy Bear (and her bottle) they will be coming with her! The LOVE Blocks are also included for display.
