Do you have an athlete, a track star, runner, or jogger on your Valentine's Day list? If so, then this vintage 1970's unused valentine is a must have. With a baton in hand, it appears that this young jogger is running a relay race. The red hearts beside of him offer the message; "Hope your Valentine's Day is a winner." This type of Valentine was made to act as its own envelope. It has a pre-fold line and three slits to hold the other end when it is folded. The card was made to fold the picture portion over onto itself and then slip the end into the slots at the top. An area on the reverse is provided to address the card to its recipient--so no envelope is needed. The front remains glossy and clean. There is very light age tanning on the reverse and someone has written a series of three numbers which can be easily erased as desired. In Excellent Condition, the Valentine measures 4 1/4" x 6".
