These tall slender Mid-Century Salt & Pepper Shakers were made by Harmony House and sold at Sears, this mid-century ironstone pattern was named Tierra and numbered 4251. These shakers were made in Japan and are marked that way. The plastic stoppers are both present and the shakers are free from nicks, chips, or breaks. The sleek shakers were made in different heights; the salt shaker is 4 3/4" and the pepper shaker is 4 1/2" tall.
The exterior of the shakers is a glossy solid burnt orange color with a contrasting white top. The holes of the Pepper Shaker are arranged as a "P".
Great Mid-century vintage set! You may wish to see other pieces in this pattern also listed in this shop. The last photo shows these shakers with a gravy that is also available.
