This vintage hand forged aluminum pedestal compote (or footed plate) has an embossed floral pattern, possibly wild roses, that surround the center. The edges are decoratively scalloped and crimped upward. The footed plate or compote measures 10" in diameter and 3" tall. This piece is in very good used condition with a nice patina. There are the usual surface marks from use. An impressed trademark and a seal logo by Royal Sealy Japan are found underneath.
