This twenty six piece set of mid-century Melamine plastic dinnerware was made by Oneida. Each piece (except the serving bowl) has the embossed Oneida Deluxe name.
The FOUR 10 1/2" Dinner Plates, with matching FOUR 7 5/8" Salad Plates, and matching footed coffee cups, all carry a scrolling black design within the red center that almost looks like wrought iron. Three simple white flowers are also found within the center. Both the large and the smaller plates have a red and black trim on their rims.
In the solid red are FOUR other 7 5/8" plates, FOUR 4 3/4" Small Fruit Bowls, THREE 6 1/2" deeper Cereal / Soup Bowls, ONE creamer, ONE sugar with cover, and ONE Serving Bowl.
All of the bowls and plates have utensil marks. The patterned plates show light wear to the design from use--still, this is a wonderful set! The only chip in the set is on the rim of the sugar which is covered when the lid is in place (see 8th photo).
Each type of piece has a different number (for example: the 10 1/2" plates are numbered 3105. The 7 5/8" plates, both in the red and the red and white design, all carry the number 3119...)
This charming set of 26 pieces is great for a picnic, poolside, your next BQ, your camper--OR the perfect addition to the Country Farm Kitchen or Red & White retro decor.
The set weighs over 8 pounds when packaged for shipping. .
