Four Mid-Century Genuine Ironstone Cups & Saucers -- Harmony House Tierra (for Sears) - image 1 of 11

Made by Harmony House in Japan, these Ironstone dishes were sold at Sears in the 1960's. The mid-century pattern was named Tierra and numbered 4251. The saucers like the plates and bowls are difficult to find. If you fall in love with this warm burnt orange color and the simple design of these dishes, you may enjoy the hunt to complete a set.

The dishes were made in Japan and are marked as "Genuine Ironstone". These carry two different marks by the same company. The exterior of the cups are glossy and show reflections in the photos. Their solid burnt orange color is fully intact and contrasts with the creamy white handles and insides. The saucers carry a matching stripe with a lighter golden stripe as well. One saucer has a nick on the side as shown in the next to last photo at 7 o'clock. All of the other cups and saucers are Excellent!

Great Mid-century cup and saucer sets! The price is for four sets. You may wish to see other pieces in this pattern also listed in this shop.
