In the late 1960's and early 70's a company named 1928 Jewelry Company introduced a Victorian Revival in Jewelry. Their jewelry was based on designs from the Victorian Era to the Deco Era. This brooch offers a cornucopia of porcelain pink roses or more accurately known in the Victorian times as a "Tussie Mussie". The cone shaped Tussie Mussie is in textured and detailed gold tone. There are two pink porcelain roses on the edge of the cone and two enamel pastel green leaves are their back ground. Pastel pink enamel flowers also add to the bouquet. The back of the pin has the swirling design known to be the 1928 Jewelry Company's signature.
In Very Good Condition the brooch measures 1 7/8" x 1 1/4".
