By Home Interiors these sconces are estimated to be from the late 1960's to early 1970's. The wooden pair of sconces have a cherry finish. The wood is accented by a shiny metal with a brassy finish (beautiful in candle light.) The candle holders can be used for tapers without the included votive cups. Or, the two glass globes can be inserted to hold your votive candles. The glass votives have a swirling pattern and a ruffled edge. The sconces are in Excellent Condition; the brassy finish is nicely intact, the wood without nicks, and the glass without breaks. The rubber "washers" on the base of the globes are dry and brittle but are still functional. The sconces are 9 1/2" tall including the globes.
