11 5/8" x 9 1/2"
This Poppy & Rose design was introduced by Homer Laughlin in the 1930's and continued in production through the mid-1950's. This pattern is perhaps one of the most popular Laughlin designs beyond their Fiesta. The platter carries the Homer Laughlin logo on the back.
This platter is free of crazing, nicks, chips, or breaks. Very light utensil marks can be seen when held at an angle to the light. The bright floral pattern remains intact and sharp. The platter measures 11 5/8" x 9 1/2".
The design of Orange Poppies, Yellow Roses, and Black Leaves by Homer Laughlin is informally known as "Poppy & Rose" by some collectors, "Olivia" by others, tagged as "Ivora" by some, and just labeled with a number "K4124" by others.
