This mid century set of six Dessert size or Bread and Butter plates are unmarked though the actual maker is well known to be Laughlin. Homer Laughlin sold their Granada shaped pottery to other potteries such as Coventry. Coventry offered this Fleur De Lis (Fleur de lys) type Gothic design known as Castilian on the Granada shape
All six of these 6 1/4" plates are in Excellent Condition. No cracks, chips, nicks or crazing found. The price is for SIX.
Solid golden colored Granada shaped pieces that match the golden background color of the Coventry Castilian are also available in this shop; a Coffee Pot, Teapot, Creamer & Sugar, and Cups & Saucers. This Mid Century Harvest Gold color is almost the shade of butterscotch. The last photo shows a Cup & Saucer from the matching pieces (listed separately).
*White spots that appear in the photos are reflections from lighting. The pottery is somewhat heavy which will be reflected in the shipping cost. The six plates weigh approx. 4 1/2 pounds packaged.
