Manufactured in the 1940's by Homer Laughlin, the Bristol pattern won the American Vogue award. The periwinkle blue and pink florals (possibly pink wild roses and blue forget me nots) are a beautiful contrast against the creamy ivory background. This SET OF FOUR, 7 1/4" SALAD PLATES have no chips, cracks, breaks, or crazing. The gold trim is shiny and intact. An occasional utensil mark as to be expected -- the lovely floral design remains bright and beautiful, the set of four salad plates are in Excellent Condition. (The price is for FOUR).
