These Yellow & Black Ovide 9" Dinner Plates are in Nice Condition with the fired on colors still intact and no chips or nicks found. There are minimal utensil marks noted. This yellow and charcoal black color combination is bright and cheerful and offer the sleek lines that originated in the Art Deco period.
You may wish to couple these plates with the matching Creamer & Sugar also available in this shop (see photo).
This informal Hazel Atlas Moderntone pattern of dinnerware was made in several color combinations; the more commonly found and perhaps most popular is the pink trimmed in black, a similar aqua (turquoise) and black, yellow and orange, and this sunny fired on yellow with black trim.
