In the Fired On pastel colors of Moderntone, these vintage 7" Hazel Atlas plates were initially sold as "sherbet plates" and as probably intended are very pretty under the sherbets in the same color. The plates now are often sold as either Luncheon, Salad, or as Dessert Plates and work nicely as either.
The four pastel colors fired on the Hazel Atlas white Platonite are yellow, pink, blue, and green. The green is almost the exact same shade as Jadeite--the popular green of the 50's--and the pink came in two shades (a lighter pink) and this slightly darker shell pink.
All four of these plates are in Excellent Condition. The colors remain nicely intact and their finish remains glossy. As is often the case, the plates do not carry the logo.
You may wish to see other coordinating pieces in this pattern also in this shop (including the sherbets that are shown in the last photo.!) The price is for all 4 plates. If purchasing multiple items in this shop, your items can be combined to save you on shipping. Items are packaged securely with professional packing materials.
