Both of these vintage enamel ware items are marked Sweden.
The cup or mug is likely for a child as it is 2 3/4" tall and 3" wide. It is marked Kockums Sweden 7 cm. It has quite a bit of character with chips noted on the cobalt blue rim. There are also two areas noted on the outside bottom and one inside. There is a stained area on the outside of the cup (shown in second photo).
The small rectangular tray or perhaps bowl / plate is in very nice condition. The tray is marked K.E.R. Sweden and shows only minimal signs of use with a few utensil marks and a couple of small nicks to the edge. The tray is 7 1/2" long x 5 - 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" deep.
