Vintage Vincent Giannetto Farm Pond Puddlers: Baby Duck Logan
Neat Father's Day Gift Idea...buy the complete collection!
From the 1980's this baby resin duck is from the collection of "Farm Pond Puddlers" by Vincent Giannetto III. Giannetto began carving duck decoys as a young boy. As he and his carving skills matured he became widely known for his art. With this collection of ducks, the artist skillfully carved the original of each duck within the collection and then each of the ducks were replicated in resin. Each individual duck was hand rubbed with stain to enhance the delicate feathering. Each duck is signed and dated. On this Baby Duckling the signature is under the bill and the year 1984 is under his tail feathers near the base. The realistic eyes are dark and appear to be glass. The very bottom has an applied felt base (from the manufacturer) to protect the surface he is displayed on.
Each one of the ducklings in the brood were named by their creator and each has his own personality. Thankfully the original name tag was taped to the base of this fellow, so we still know his name. Logan has his nose to the ground and is in Excellent Condition.
The last photograph shows the entire flock: 7 babies and the Mother (the Mother has sold). * A discount will be applied if purchasing all of the ducklings (all 7 for $70). Each of these will be listed separately. Each are in Excellent Condition. Purchase as many as you would like and all will be safely wrapped and combined for shipping. Also, please email for more information on shipping if you wish to purchase the entire flock. Shipping will be combined for multiple item orders to save on shipping costs.
