A sweet face with heart shaped lips. This mid-century pretty Christmas Angel is holding two shiny gold bells and is also herself actually a ringing bell. Produced by a pottery in Japan, usually listed as Napco, the angel has a label indicating it was made by one of the potteries known in Japan as either Napco, Enesco, or Lefton. The pretty porcelain angel has a "fur" coat represented with sparkling spaghetti trim highlighted with gold. Her green dress and mittens peek out from beneath her red coat. The little angel bell is wearing a Santa type hat also with the spaghetti fur trim. Hand painted, her coat has a run in the back and the paint is lighter in some areas than others. She is without signs of damage--no chips, nicks, or breaks. Her clapper is present and she makes a nice tinkling sound. She is 4 3/4" tall.
You may be interested in two other Napco Christmas Angel Bells also in this shop (listed separately). The last photo shows all three available Napco angels. Please note, this angel is slightly shorter and her coat lighter in color.
