By Anchor Hocking the shape of this flared top vase with a rounded bottom (appearing somewhat like a pineapple) was named the Pineapple Pattern. The pattern was manufactured in several colors as well as in the crystal clear glass. Some were made with a straight edge like this and others had a scalloped edge top. The size of this vase makes it very useful as it is tall enough and large enough to hold a bouquet of long stemmed flowers in the striking yet simple 9" vase. The vase is without chips or breaks. There is however a watermark noted about an inch below the top edge most of the way around the vase that is not noticeable when the vase is in use and barely visible when it isn't. Good used condition.
