A very attractive antique Bulls eye banded agate stick or tie pin from the Victorian era circa 1890's
It is set with a polished bullseye banded agate cabochon stone. This stone was very popular in the Victorian mourning era and signified the loss of a loved one.
The cabochon is held in a decorative swirl setting with delicate beading in the centre, the top mount is 9ct yellow gold, unmarked but tested.
The pin is gilt sterling silver and makes it strong to use.
The pin has a total length of 3-3/8” inches with the head of the pin measuring 5/8” inches width by 3/4” inches tall(15mm x 20mm).Total weight: 5.54grams.

It will make great gift for someone like Victorian style.
