Vintage Mud figures all were handmade from light, dark or reddish clay. Since they were all handmade, no two figures are ever the same. Vintage mud men have holes in the clay for their eyes, ears, nose and their faces, feet, hands, and any exposed skin is left in the natural clay form.

This Mud Man was made sometime around 1940-50s.
This figurine is wearing large brown hat, has a fish jar in one hand with his rain coat draped over his long robes.

This ancient Mud-man stands 2-1/4”inches width by 2-1/4”deep and 6-1/4” inches tall.

There are no chips or cracks present. The base has MADE IN CHINA impressed into the base.

Really good vintage condition.
