This handcrafted sterling silver and vermeil Byzantine Revival style bracelet and earring set was designed by highly regarded jewelers Cathleen and Kosta Anatoli. The bracelet and earrings have hinged construction and feature ornate vermeil filigree and granular decoration executed on sterling silver. The bracelet is made up of twelve 0.5" by 0.375" links which are connected by solidly constructed hinges and pins and has a total length of 7". The earrings have diamond shaped segments at the top with shield shaped pendants which dangle beneath. The earrings measure 1.25" long and 0.5" at their widest point. The set has a combined weight of 30 grams.
The bracelet and earrings are in very good condition with no removals or repairs. The sterling has not been polished and shows minor signs of age and use, namely slight scratching and discoloration to the surface of the silver which do not detract from the appearance of the set and is mentioned for accuracy. The bracelet's fastener is fully functional, opening easily and closing securely. The pieces bear rectangular plaques marked "Anatoli" in script and are also designated "925".
