This delightful card shows a Black Lady picking cotton. The rabbits are making comments! This card was illustrated by Hoke Denetsosie ('49) an American Indian illustrator. It was copyrighted by Dude Larsen.

The card has a pencil written message on the back, was mailed from El Paso, Texas on Aug 10, 1949 and has a canceled one-cent stamp.

This card is in very good vintage condition with some postal cancellation ink on the upper left corner and a slight crease (very light) on the bottom left corner.

All of my postcards are shipped in a plastic sleeve and a rigid postcard mailer.
